The first player to act after the dealer shuffles and cuts the pack becomes the button (dealer) for the next deal. This player is responsible for all bets placed in the next round and for dealing replacement cards to the players.

It is important to mix up your playing style, especially when it comes to bluffing. If your opponents always know what you have, they will call or raise every time you bluff, making it impossible for you to get paid off on your big hands and make money on your bluffs.
